The City of Urbandale announces the availability of bid documents for the 2026 Custodial Services Contract.  This Request for Proposal will be for ten (10) facilities located throughout the City of Urbandale.  The RFP will provide details regarding days, times and scope of cleaning services requested.   A complete schedule of the anticipated process is included in the RFP.  The anticipated start date of the contract will be July 1, 2026.
