Urbandale residents can drop off leaves free of charge at the Urbandale Parks and Public Works Facility, located at 9401 Hickman Road, on Saturdays from November 1 through November 15, 2025.
Drop-Off Hours:
8:00 AM – 12:00 Noon.
Leaves may be brought in paper yard waste bags, or in containers or plastic bags as long as all material is emptied at the site.
Please remember to bring a photo ID. Staff will do a quick residency check to make sure the program stays free for Urbandale residents.
