  1. Earth Day 2021

    April 23, 2021, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

    Let's have some fun cleaning up some parks and making Urbandale look beautiful! Register to volunteer at for one of the three sites by April 21st (with a team or individually), so we know how many people to expect at each site. Come for all or part of the time! Please bring a pair of gloves if you have them. Please be sure to register online! Light refreshments will be provided!

  1. Fantastic Friday Craft Kits-to-Go!

    Each Friday in April we will provide a different fun, hands-on, craft project or activity to take home and enjoy! Target Age: Preschool and upAvailable to grab in the Children’s Section of the library during Grab 'n Go hours (click here for current service hours), while supplies last.  Please note: These are Craft ‘Kits-to-Go’ and take home because we do not have seating and space for doing crafts in the library at this time. We ask that you do not take more than one craft kit per child in your household each week.
