[ARCHIVED] Run For The Badge 5K with Mayor Andeweg

Run for the Badge on Sunday, October 10

Join us in front of the Urbandale Police Department for our 5K run and/or walk on Sunday, October 10, 2021 to support the National Law Enforcement Memorial and Museum. Our Mayor, Bob Andeweg, will be running and you can run with him too! Pre-register no later than Wednesday, September 29, 2021 and get a free t-shirt!

1.) Register for the event:

This event is free and open to everyone. The run will start at 9AM on Sunday, October 10. Participants that register by Wednesday, September 29 will receive a free t-shirt. Register at: https://urbandale.activityreg.com/selectactivity_t2.wcs?leaguesid=3736   

2.) Donate to the cause:

All proceeds will be donated to Run for the Badge, an organization that creates memorials for officers lost in the line of duty. Anyone interested in helping the Mayor reach his $2,000 goal can donate online here.

3.) Pick up your free t-shirt:

We will hand out t-shirts on the day of the event in front of the Urbandale Police Department. If you registered after the deadline you can still join us for the run, we just won't have a t-shirt for you.
