Our website is designed to provide you with information about your Fire Department and the efforts to achieve our mission of preserving life, protecting property, and promoting safety through education for all of our customers.

Your Fire Department staff is a hard working and dedicated group of people who are proud to serve our customers and do so with pride in their jobs and great care and compassion in the services they provide. Our staff is dedicated to delivering the highest quality customer service whatever the opportunity and you have our commitment that we will do whatever we can to provide services that exceed you expectations.

Through our response efforts, our personnel stand ready to respond however, we realize that fire prevention, fire safety, and injury prevention are our first lines of defense and we believe that public safety education can help make Urbandale a better and safer place.
