Memorial & Tribute Gift Program

Remember a loved one or memorialize a special event with a Memorial or Tribute to be placed in an Urbandale Park of your choice. These donations are tax deductible as allowed by the IRS and are a wonderful way to celebrate a special event, achievement, or honor a loved one.


Memorial prices start at $200 and there are opportunities to locate the donation in many of Urbandale's 50+ local parks. You can also make a simple one-time contribution toward recreation programs or equipment. Call or email our office for more information or select the brochures below for more information.

Our brochures have donor options and donation form that can be printed and mailed with your contribution. Or sign up ONLINE.  Your generosity will be acknowledged with a plaque or letter, depending upon the donation option selected.
