Tai Chi

What do we do in Tai Chi class? Some of the things we do are: Breathe, Laugh, Move, Relax, Stretch and Wiggle.  Why do we do these things? We do them for a surprising variety of health improvements: Balance, Bone Density, Calmness, Cardiovascular, Cognitive Function, Digestive, Flexibility, Immunity, Lungs / Breath Stamina, Strength, and most of what we do, we do just for fun!

Time: Beginning Class - 8:30 - 9:15 a .m. & Continuing Class - 9:15 - 9:55 a.m.
