The City offers open air shelters in eleven parks and also offers enclosed shelters at three parks. The City offers eight of the open air shelters and the three enclosed shelters for rent.

When can I rent for 2020?
Residents of Urbandale may begin making reservations on October 1, 2019. Non-residents began making reservations on January 2, 2020. Contact the Urbandale Parks and Recreation office at 515-278-3963 if you have any questions.
Credit/Debit Card Service Fees - effective January 28, 2019
Please be aware that a non-refundable credit/debit card service fee of 3.95% applies to all in-office and over-the phone credit/debit card transactions with the City of Urbandale (including Parks and Recreation).
